KUST Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS) has invited applications for admission in MBBS for the session 2010. KIMS is a constituent college of Kohat University of Science & Technology (KUST) and recognized by Pakistan Medical & Dental Council.
Details:
* Hafiz-e-Quran marks will be included in the merit list, test for Hafiz-e-Quran will be held on 4th November, 2010 and result will be announced on the same day.
* Provisional merit list will be displayed on 15th November, 2010.
* Students can submit their objections or claims against provisional merit list from 16th to 18th November, 2010.
* Final merit list will be displayed on 19th November, 2010.
* Interviews will be held from 1st to 2nd December, 2010.
Eligibility:
* The applicant should have 40 % marks in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government Medical Colleges Entrance Test 2010.
* The applicant should have 60 % marks in Intermediate/ F.sc Pre-medical or equivalent examination.
* Students with foreign qualifications should submit IBCC equivalence certificate.
* The applicant should have a domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa or FATA.
Seats Distribution:
* Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Open merit: 47 Seats
* Hangu District: 1 Seat
* FATA: 2 Seats
Application Procedure:
* Application forms & relevant documents should be submitted in person to Office of The Principle, KUST Institute of Medical Sciences along with a draft of Rs.1000 in the favor of Director Finance KUST.
